Resep Masakan Korea Bulgogi

 

Bahan :

- 2 pon daging sirloin, iris tipis

- 3 siung bawang putih, geprek dan cincang halus

- 3 siung bawang merah, potong halus

- 1 buah bawang bombay, potong halus

- 1/3 cangkir ( 2 sendok makan) kecap manis

- 2 sendok makan minyak wijen 

- 2 sendok makan madu

- Lada hitam secukupnya

- 1/2 sendok teh gula pasir

- 1 sendok makan gochujang ( pasta cabai Korea)

- 1/2 sendok makan minyak wijen

- 1 kepala daun selada

Cara Membuat :

• Pada pisau bagian belakang, iris dengan tipis daging hingga empuk.
• Mangkok yang berisi bahan-bahan, dan dicampur hingga rata dan tebal.
• Tuangkan bumbu ke dalam rendaman daging tersebut, dan campurkan dengan tangan. Pastikan daging harus sudah terlapis dengan bumbu rendaman tersebut.
• Bungkus dengan plastik dan diamkan selama 1 jam.
• Masak daging dalam 1 lapisan di meja Hibachi atau kompor.
• Di mangkok yang berbeda, gabungkan gula dan gochujang.
• Masukkan minyak wijen ke dalam campuran tersebut.
• Sajikan dengan daun selada dan campuran gochujang.

Resep Masakan Korea Mie Jajangmyeon (Mie Hitam Korea)

 

Bahan :

- 600 gram mie basah

- 100 gram daging sapi

- 2 buah bawang bombay

- 1/2 buah zukini

- 2 buah kentang

- 1 sendok makan gula pasir

- 4 sendok makan air sagu

- 2 gelas air

- 7 sendok makan minyak

- 6 saus Jajangmyeon yang disebut Chunjang

Cara Membuat :

• Potong daging.
• Potong dadu bawang bombai, kentang dan buah zukini.
• Goreng saus Jajangmyeon dengan 6 sendok makan minyak
• Panaskan wajah dengan 1 sendok makan minyak, lalu goreng bawang bombay, kemudian masukkan daging sapi, zukini dan kentang.
• Setelah bahan-bahan tersebut matang, masukkan saus yang telah digoreng sebelumnya.
• Aduk-aduk hingga rata, kemudian tuangkan air sagu. 
• Setelah di didihkan selama 5 menit, matikan api.
• Rebus mie lalu bilas dengan air.
• Taruh mie dalam mangkok besar dan tuangkan saos diatasnya.

Bahan : 

- 4 lembar kim (rumput laut yang dikeringkan) berbentuk segi 4 dan berwarna hitam

- 2 mangkok nasi

- 1 butir telur dadar, iris tipis

- 50 gram wortel, iris tipis seperti korek api

- 50 gram danmuji ( asinan lobak), potong seperti korek api

- 50 gram bayam, bersihkan lalu rebus sebentar dengan air garam, lalu di saring

- 50 gram ham ( bisa diganti dengan daging, tuna, keju) potong korek api

- 1 sendok makan minyak wijen

- 1 sendok makan cuka

- Sedikit garam dan minyak goreng

Cara Membuat :

• Campurkan nasi dengan 1/2 sendok makan minyak wijen, cuka, dan sedikit garam.
• Tumis wortel dengan sedikit minyak.
• Tuang dan ratakan nasi diatas kim.
• Atur wortel, bayam, telur dadar, ham, danmuji di bagian depan atas nasi.
• Gulunglah kim bersama dengan isinya.
• Potong sebesar 1 senti meter.

Bahan :
- 1 buah sawi putih
- 1/2 buah bawang bombay, iris tipis
- 1/4 wortel, iris tipis memanjang
- 1/4 lobak putih, iris tipis
- 4 batang daun bawang
- 2 sendok makan bawang putih, parut
- 1 sendok teh jahe, parut
- 1/2 gelas bubuk cabe Korea
- 2 sendok teh garam
- 1 sendok makan gula
- 1/2 gelas garam kasar / garam laut
- 1 gelas air cup water
- 1/3 gelas air
- 1/4 gelas saus ikan Korea
- 1 sendok makan tepung

Cara Membuat :

• Belas sawi putih menjadi 4 bagian, cucui dan tiriskan. kemudian potonglah daun bwang menjadi irisan kecil-kecil. 
• Campur 1/2 gelas garam kasar dengan 1 gelas air, lalu masukkan sawi putih ke dalam campuran air garam tadi dan rendam hingga 6- 8 jam atau semalaman. Setelah itu cuci dan keringkan.
• Masukkan 1/3 gelas air dan 1 sendok makan tepung ke dalam panci dengan api sedang, lalu aduk hingga mendidih dan matikan apinya. Setelah itu diamkan.
• Setelah campuran tepung dan air dingin, kemudian masukkan bubuk cabe Korea, garam, gula, saus ikan Korea, bawang putih parut dan jahe. Aduk hingga rata, lalu masukkan semua sayuran yang tersisa ( lobak, wortel, daun bawang).
• Ambillah 1 bagian sawi putih, lalu isi dengan campuran di atas. Usahakan agar sawi dapat dilipat menjadi 2, lalu bungkus dengan bagian daunnya. 
• Letakkan dalam wadah yang kedap udara dan biarkan semalaman, lalu simpan ke dalam kulkas selama 2 - 3 hari.
